The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, or MIT, is a private research university based in Cambridge, the United States. The university has an unmatching track record of having produced and made outstanding achievements in the field of scientific research.

Financial support from MIT

For graduate-level studies, financial aid is managed directly by the concerned departments. Various departments of MIT regularly support doctoral students for the cost of full tuition, stipend and health insurance during their time at MIT. However, funding for master-level courses is limited. But students can apply for external scholarships or student loans.
